PERSONALITY,
kiira is one of the people you wouldn't expect to be a missing-nin, or a ninja at all. she cares about life- no matter what shape or size, though she won't hesitate to kill you if you betray her in some harmful way. she loves the people she trusts to death and if you kill one of them- well it just fuels kiira to want to kill you, to watch you die, to hear your death rattle. kiira is one of the ninja's who don't fight for themselves, but their friends and family. whenever kiira is in a battle, she imagines her son's face and if fuels her, drives her to succeed and keep on living for him, showing a tremendous amount of courage.

whenever kiira is out of battle and at home, though, she is very happy and bubbly. she likes to laugh and flirt with cute guys, though her son is her number one priority. kiira is far from perfect, though. she is very tempermental and will go off on you if you even say one bad thing about her or anyone she is friends with. if you keep on.. well lets just say things get very ugly. she can be a flirt, yes, but only because she is trying to find what people would call 'mr. right'. she thought she found him, but he up and left her once she told him she was pregnant, so she tries to find the one that is right for her. evil isn't normally a word that describes kiira, but she can be very, very evil. so, seriously, don't make her mad.

HISTORY,
born one rainy day in the village hidden in the mist, haratobu kiira was just an ordinary child. she grew up with an older sister and, ever since she was 3, wanted to become a ninja. kiira's life went downhill slightly when she turned 4. her father yelled at her, telling her how she killed her brother in the womb. afterwards, while running off, she ran into chimamare bara and being sword training. she was jealous that her sister would be able to enter the academy and graduate before her, but that wasn't the case. her sister entered the academy at 7 and, 2 years later, kiira joined. her sister, who was still in the academy, was a bit disappointed she had not yet graduated. It only took Kiira one year to graduated from the academy, graduating at the age of 8. she was a child prodigy and trained by her own mother until she was 12. afterwards she joined a genin team with people her age. she was always doing better than her team mates and getting praised for her work.

when she was 13 the assasination of the Mizukage took place and her parents deemed Kirigakure no longer safe, but she persuaded them to stay. by that time, kiira excelled in kenjutsu after learning from a voice that whispered to her. she easily became a chunin once she took the exams, passing all of the rounds gracefully. when she was 15 she became a jounin and that was when the accident happened.

kiira had been at home when enemy ninja from iwagakure attacked kiri. she had left her sister, mother and father at home while she went to fight. while she was gone an enemy ninja had come into her home and killed her whole family. It was a sad time for her, but she found someone who could help her. a jounin, around her age, named kisoko fuuji. it was love at first sight. they dated a few days later.at that age,18, she also became pregnant and had kisoko's son, kinju. a few weeks later, on a mission, kisoko was killed, leaving kiira with a 4 week old son. afterwards kiira was attacked by a group of anbu black ops, who she barely managed to get away from. she packed her bags, grabbed her son and ran from konoha, making her now a missing-nin on a mission.

Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Performance: Another universal Raiton jutsu packing some paralyzing power, this technique begins with the ninja doing a long string of hand seals, which then causes a bolt of lightning to drop from the sky. A large and powerful current will be contained within and around the user's form, created as the user rapidly spins in place in order to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover the user’s entire body. This will result in the user enveloped in a protective, lightning based armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly. Once the spinning is fast enough, the vortex will take on the form of a fierce, dark blue dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.
Effects: A lightning based strike. If the opponent is in direct contact with the body of the dragon, they will suffer a single post of paralyzes directly after being hit. If they are struck from a distance by a stray bolt, it’d take three of these to induce paralysis. This cycle can continue on, but it cannot stack however, so if an opponent has already been paralyzed, being hit by it during their affliction will not worsen the effect. The range of the stray bolts is a maximum radius of ten meters, and the vortex dragon can be held for two posts.

Description: After a long string of handseals is executed, the user summons the power of Raiton. Drawing together one’s hands, electrical energy will begin to crackle. With enough energy stored, one will then implant their weapons or hands (if holding a weapon, both hands must be in contact with it at all times, if empty handed, both hands must remain on the ground) into the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack each target individually, resulting in vicious shocking.
Effects: A very strong lightning based strike. Can attack a single opponent or multiple for each use. Last’s one turn. If choosing to strike between two and five opponents, the damage each tendril can produce is a maximum rating of ‘B’. Six or more weakens the strike to a maximum rating of ‘C’. No more than ten enemies can be struck at once. Although this lasts only one turn, it can cover a radius area of thirty meters. Being directly struck by the lightning results in a single action of paralysis. Does not stack.

Description: ShiShi Rendan is a Taijutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke after he used his Sharingan to copy the movements of fellow Leaf ninja Rock Lee. Sasuke first uses the Konoha Kage Buyou to manuever his opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his opponent, Sasuke will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he is unable to make a clean strike, he will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his target's attention and defense to one area.
