A lose sky blue and white shirt, that has both of the sleeves cut near the top. He does not wear a headband representing, although his colors and techniques tell many that he is from Hidden Mist. His pants are the same color as his shirt and they are loose as well. His sandals are sky blue in color and their made out of a tuff material.
PERSONALITY,
He is exuberant and has a fiery desire for self-improvement. He also is a Kinesthetic learner, meaning he learns stuff by doing a physical activity, rather than listening to a lecture or merely watching a demonstration. He is often telling jokes and has a 'always positive' personality. However when the situation calls for it, typically when someone dear to him is in trouble,Kiyasume can be very serious, and will instantly come to their aid. When in battle, he will often try to outsmart his opponets and conserve his chakra. He try's to maintain a straight face in battle, but sometimes he manages to crack up a joke to try and make the opponet frustrated.
He always has a smile on his face when walking around the village or training, and he often tries to pull pranks on people much to the despise of his caretaker and the Mizukage. He also has a tendecy to never give up and when he makes a promise he will do all it takes to keep that promise.

Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique-Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Gousuiwan no Jutsu - Strong Water Arm Technique-Suiton • Gousuiwan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Using his ability to transform his body into water, Suigetsu will reform his arm in a more muscular form. This stronger arm allows him to deliver more powerful swings with his head cleaver sword.
Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique-Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Kai - Release-Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique-Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique-Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack
Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique-Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique-Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Mizurappa - Violent Water Wave-Suiton • Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Yahiko will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent

Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique-Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Suigadan - Water Fang Projectile-Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill
Suika no Jutsu - Hydration Technique-Suika no Jutsu is a secret Ninjutsu technique used by Mist ninja Suigetsu. This jutsu allows Suigetsu to totally transform his body into water. Maintaining this form requires that he keep constantly hydrated. In this form he can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing himself amongst the liquid.
Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique-Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique-Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Mizukiri no Yaiba - Sword of Draining-Taikigakure Ryuu: Mizukiri no Yaiba (Hidden Waterfall Style: Sword of Draining) is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade.
