• Arashi's usual shirt is a light weight collared shirt, black with high value and bold color. Beneath that shirt is a sort of belt that rests around his stomach and waist, there are thirty holders on the belt that hold Arashi's tools which are easily accessible. Around Arashi's neck there is usually a silver necklace, with a cross. The Nuke Nins pants are made of a sturdy material and fairly loose, always black in color. His pants are held up by a metal studded belt fastened tightly around his waist. Hanging from the belt in the back and slightly to the right is a medium sized pouch that Arashi keeps scrolls and some tools in.
  
  
• Instead of the normal ninja sandals Arashi wears a pair of shin high boots with a rubber sole like the ninja sandals. The boots have a steel toe like structure but made of iron instead. From his calf up to the knee is wrapped in white tape, the only thing he kept with his appearance when he left Yukigakure. Most of his apparel came from ninja that he killed, he usually took their clothing to use as his own.
  
  
• Arashi wears a white lab like trench coat that is fairly form fitting around his arms, chest and torso and a little looser as it hangs down. The jacket fastens closed down to the ankles of Arashi being extremely long but Arashi rarely closes it. On the left sleeve the Ryuuza clan symbol is stitched on the bicep area by the shoulder in red thread. On the left there is some bandage wrapped around the same area and Arashi's head band is tied around that with a line engraved through it like most missing nin. The jacket has two pockets on the outside and on the inside there are some places to hold ninja tools.

PERSONALITY,

• Arashi Kousa Ryuuza. The name sharply rolls of one’s tongue. That could be the first impression given by this strange man. Arashi is surrounded by a dark, stubborn, arrogant, extravagant and maliciously talented aura. When you first look at him, you can immediately distinguish him from any normal person. His rich chocolate brown hair, the way he speaks, his cold cofee colored eyes and that poison tongue penetrates one directly. Arashi is extremely extravagant, loving lavish clothing and food, thinking himself too high above anyone else. Being an superbly skilled shinobi and also a cruel leader, Arashi has begun to think of the people below her as servants; and he their king. Every movement he makes is exaggerated and almost haughty. Arashi thinks his beliefs and views are most accurate in the world and grimaces in a condescending manner to hear of anyone else’s opinion.
  
  
• This Ryuuza man is a perfectionist, and so he almost obsessively works hard to get everything he attempts perfect. He has no doubts in his mind about himself, and always confident in any situation, even when he is on the verge of losing, he has an air of almost a disturbing ego. From a young age he was a bit merciless and sadistic. And over his life time, through his experiences as a child such things have only seem to gotten worse. Interestingly enough, he is also masochistic (though not in a sexual way). He is virtually incapable of emotions such as regret and guilt. He also rarely gets angry, instead he approaches all situations with the same calm demeanor, and he sometimes comes off as very lazy if he's unmotivated by situations.

KEKKEI GENKAI,

Ametsuchigan [Heaven and Earth Eye]

Their Doujutsu known as the Ametsuchigan - Heaven and Earth Eye. It is also known as the Ryuujingan. It was first shown in Fubuki. It turns the eyes into serpent/dragon like and gives them a ring of silver/sapphire around the outside of the eyes. It has three stages of abilities: Weather/Temperature and Chakra (see more below) and Truth. The first stage to unlock is random. The first stage to unlock can be only be Chakra site or temperture/weather detection. The second stage only happens when you mastered the first stage to a certain extent. The last and final stage- known as Eyes of Truth- is unlocked due to an unknown event. However sometimes some Ryuujingan stages take longer to appear and some don’t have more then one. The Ryuujingan can have many side effects as well. Most are negative they include dizziness and headaches as the least troublesome. It can also lead to temporarily blindness and bleeding- which can lead to eye infection.

Temperature/Weather Detection- “A storm is brewing.”

They can predict what is going to happen next, weather wise. Determining the temperature and how the air/water is reacting in the air does this. In addition, this is also done by sensing how chakra is changed in the air.

Chakra Sight - “Can you feel the energy in the air?”

User is able to see how chakra is moving in the air and how it reacts. This allows the Ryuuza clan members with this kekkei genkai to use their clan jutsu's at their full potential. They CANNOT see the chakra inside the body. Sadly, they lost the ability to use Doton and Katon Jutsus. Well- at least the younger ones have trouble with it. It also allows them to figure out when Genjutsus are active and about.

Eyes of Truth - “I can see the truths of one’s soul.”

Considered the most powerful and useful of the stages. It only appears in a select few through deep trial and hardship. It allows one to see -by different colors- the true emotions and feelings of one's soul. For example- if it's black soul it is destructive and corrupt. This is useful for interrogration and determin the motives of an enemy. Sometimes- but rarely- brief pictures of a person's past is flashed before ones eyes. If the past or soul is dark enough it can lead to a mental breakdown.
