Description: The jutsu is always activated, it is more like a curse than a ninjutsu really. when your cursed eye spots a living chakra, a storm would quickly pile up to the sky, as soon as the rain starts to pour down. The user's locked target would get stricken by a strong bolt of lightning at the user's command. Whenever the user strikes a bolt of lightning, a few seconds of delay would occur whenever it is used. Note that it can also work on reflections.
Usage: The capacity of such skill depends on the chakra of the person, usually it last as long as 15 post which is already dangerous but it still can be pushed up to 20 post which is fatal.
Requirements: It is not gained by heritage nor chances. A certain ritual must be done by someone who has already have such curse.

Description: Simple, whenever a bolt of lightning strikes the user would appear on that spot on a blink of an eye.

Description: When the user is able to touch a target, he can make a chain connected to that object thus granting the ability to pull or throw the object. The chain is not able to get extend more than 20 ft. unless he can push a greater amount of chakra than it normally should have cost.

Description: In a sudden flash, the user is able to make a surrounding wall that can electrocute anything it touches it. But the user is able to use it to bounce himself against the wall unharmed.
