WE'RE PLAYING FOR EACH OTHER, PLAYING FOR THE GOLD

the coordinators, they rarely got the spotlight. it was always either
trainers or breeders or researchers who tended to get the most atte
ntion. there were five leagues dedicated to just trainers. and what di
d the coordinators have? just two regions with contest halls. that is,
until the few top coordinators decided to make a difference. they ha
d heard tales of a new group of growing islands, and decided they w
ould take hold of it before those petty trainers. so they went, and fo
llowing the example of the orange islands, they started their work. i
t was slow, but they persisted like the stubborn and determined mu
les they were, until they finally had everything set up. the golden isl
ands, where a coordinator could have their taste of undivided attent
ion from the world. they could go and participate in contests, held o
n five of the nine islands, before they could participate in the final i
sland, to take a chance at winning the grand cup. to take a chance
to go for the gold
