As far as his sense of style goes, Negai dares to be different. He wears a two tones blazer, right side black and the other white; the opposite of the way his hair is colorized. He also has on sweatpants with the same color scheme as his blazer, the right leg of the pants is cut a few inches lower than the left leg. The piece of the black side of his pants that had been cut is wrapped on his left leg under the white segment. In the midsection of his right pants leg, is two golden chains merely their for style. As for footwear, he wears a white and red shoe on his right leg and a fully black one on his right. In addition to his appearance, he wears a blood red rag around his neck that streaks behind him somewhat like a cape.Equipped with his ninja tool pouch where he keeps all of his weapons on his right side, he has a sword case always on his back where he keeps his katana.
PERSONALITY,
As soon as he entered the ninja academy as a young boy, he was quickly pegged as a youth with limitless potential, cleverer than most of the jounin and other teachers at the academy could handle. There was a sly, genius glint in his blue eyes, something that struck fear in the hearts of many. A hustler, just like his uncle, he became. Duping idiots out of money, clothes and other various things became second nature. If they didn’t like it then they should’ve wised up, he thought. It wasn’t his fault, if anything; he was very straight faced about his dirty dealings.
Negai was the academy's resident playboy extraordinaire. To him, life was a game, so he figured he might as well enjoy it and play it to his best advantage. Confident and debonair, he has an easy charm and way with words. Extremely manipulative, he does what it takes to get him what he wants and to get any task done... and enjoys every move of the game. In fact, the journey to his prize is often half the pleasure. Anything or anyone who resists or stands in his way is merely a challenge to him - something to make the game interesting. He can be accused of being cold-hearted and unfeeling at times. He seldom sees people as shinobi's like himself, viewing them more as toys in the larger scheme of things.
Compassion is not his strongest suit. Being of Uchiha status and wealth, on the other hand, played an important role in his life. Raised in the luxury and the fame of his family, he has grown accustomed to the finer things in life and has seen what the power of status could accomplish. At ninja academy in Konoha, he had undeniable status, within both the student body and the jounin. He has found that the Academy was often times more than willing to turn a blind eye towards his misdemeanors and rule-breaking habits, and of course he used it to his full advantage. Within the student body, he was well within the upper rungs of the social ladder, associating with the crowd that holds the highest status in the food chain especially because he was one of the best there and was often said to be a little phenominon in his own right.
Part of his life now is certainly the enigma that is women. The attention from the fairer sex is what keeps him going. Since early in his teen years, this womanizer has been known far and wide as one of the most experienced, cunning and seductive men without the surname of bond. He is not afraid to walk up to a lady and ask for a dance. He finds that a gentle mixture of audacity and courteous charm are the ingredients for a cozy Saturday night. Ah, the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of the feast. It is these that drive him into the social wilderness. A dashingly twisted smile invades his lips a good ninety percent of his existence.
Fingers twirl sensual coils on the hand as he goes in for the strike. Venom sweet as honey as he sets his fangs in deep. He is one smooth soul. When you like to cause trouble as much as Negai Uchiha does, one must have a plan for the proper form of action. Be this plan a well-realized lie, conveniently placed back door or ready to pluck strings of familiars, he has it all up his sleeve. He was never one for mathematical equations, but good Lord, did he know how to get out of them. This precious wisdom came from both common sense and trial and error tests lasting throughout his life. He is the first to admit his genius, and the last to admit its failure. It is the man’s pride, what you going to do?

HISTORY,
Negai Hiro Uchiha was the youngest twin and son os Uchiha Hiro, former Head of Anbu of Konohagakure and Uchiha Allina, trophy wife and lady of leisure. He was born on the 20th of October with a full head of black hair; which he later dyed half black and half white and a silver spoon firmly in his mouth. From a very young age, he understood the beauty of his life of luxury and the privileges he was entitled to. The Uchiha home was fully staffed and he and his sister's every whim was well looked after from the word. In fact it has even been rumored that the twins' cradles were made of pure gold. However, both he and his parents will tell you that this could not be further from the truth. A Uchiha would never indulge in anything so vulgar or flamboyantly ostentatious. Sure, they had the money, but such gaudy furnishing were best left for the tasteless rich folk who felt it was necessary to flaunt their glittery baubles at every opportunity. Those types of things were not for the uchiha clan nevertheless. As a child he wished for nothing more than to enroll in the Konoha Ninja Academy, and as soon as he turned six, his wish was granted. Quickly working up the social ladder, Negai became one of the most popular students there.
He and his sister Arisu, who had enrolled already a year before him breezed through any challenge that was set before them in school, Negai a bit better at offensive jutsu seeing as though Arisu didn't seem to care much about that area of fighting as much as he did. Arisu easily passed the Genin Exams and took the role of Medical Nin Apprentice while he muich preferred her to be a Chuunin like he was going to be, which made him highly upset. He always thought that they would be the perfect shinobi sibling duo the nation could offer, getting these ideas from other students, but there was nothing he could do to change her mind. Negai never could have stayed angry at his sister for long, they were as close as siblings could get. Never really worrying about it, he was told by his father that he needed to start working on his Sharingan Eye. Negai's sister didn't really like it, seeing as though it was Genjutsu. Arisu didn't like it because she saw genjutsu as suffereing, but Negai thought she was stupid for not embracing the gift. As he grew older and progressed in his shinobi skill, rapidly I might add; except for his Sharingan Techniques, Negai tried to focus mostly on his Taijutsu and Ninjutsu.
Many years drifted by, Negai was now at an incredibly high standard of skill for any Genin, though he had long ways to go before he would be proclaimed a Prodigy, he set his sights on a new source of combat. Negai grew a fondness in swords, specifically the katana. In training, along with his Taijutsu and Ninjutsu came the art of swordsmanship. Arisu had given him advice on this that he refused to take, she told him that it would be best if he had an experienced swordsman teach him. Having too much pride to learn from another, he decided to teach himself how to use it. A very well job he did too, Negai became pretty decent with his sword as time passed by. He was recently assigned the Jonin, that is Aijou Uchiha and was excited knowing that his sensei would be an Uchiha like him.
EQUIPMENT,
• Exploding Notes - The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.
• Katana - This is a regular single edged sword, with no special effects of any sort. The blade length of this basic weapon is 66 cm. Long, sharp and deadly enough to do major damage without any stupid special effects in Negai's point of view.
• Shuriken - Another common weapon, the shuriken is often kept in a holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt.
• Senbon (Needles) - The senbon was first used by doctors in acupuncture, it was then adopted by ninja and Hunter-nins to hit points on the body to cause death, deaden limbs or cause their target to fall unconscious.
• Kunai - This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a holster on the leg in a pouch attached to the belt.The Kunai can be used in conjunction with explosive tags and other weapons to form deadly combos.

Sharingan - Copying Wheel Eye (Uchiha Clan)
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

SUIMEN HOKOU NO GYOU (art of water technique)

A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.
KANASHIBARI NO JUTSU (body bind technique)

Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
KAWARIMI NO JUTSU (body switch technique)

While being attacked, or in the process of being attacked, a ninja will substitute their body with another nearby object. The ninja can then hide and watch their dumbfounded opponent from a distance. Replacements are commonly used with pieces of wood, animals, or even other people.
BUNSHIN NO JUTSU (clone technique)

This jutsu creates a simple copy of the original user to be used for distraction or divertion. If the clone comes into contact with an enemy, it will immediately turn into a cloud of smoke.
SHUNSHIN NO JUTSU (instantaneous body technique)

The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
KAKUREMINO NO JUTSU (magic cloak of invisibility technique)

With this jutsu one uses a cloak or piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, rendering oneself invisible.

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.
KONOHA DAI SENPUU (Leaf Great Whirlwind)

Konoha Dai Senpuu is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Negai Uchiha. Like the normal Senpuu, Negai uses his quickness and agility to deliver a series powerful spinning kicks to his opponent.
HOUSENKA NO JUTSU (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique)

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.
DORO GAESHI (Mud Overturn)

Doton • Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.
