SCARS,
Soru has two major scars which he received before even becoming a shinobi. The first is over his left eye, three large claw marks reside. It lays directly over the eyebrow, going across the eye and ending above the cheek. The second is a scar on his back, the same claw marks but this one much longer and larger. It starts between the shoulder blades and end at the small of the back.
PIERCINGS/TATTOOS,
Soru has a small loop earring in his left ear. On the back of his neck is a tattoo of Iwagakure's symbol, showing his loyalty. On his forearm is another tattoo, this one showing the kanji for enduring & inclusive. On his left shoulder is the standard ANBU tattoo.
ATTIRE,
Soru wears the standard ANBU clothing for the most part, with his own additions and variations. He wears the ANBU grey ninja vest although his has a zipper unlike the others. It also has a single strap over the right should instead of one over the left and right shoulder. He rarely wears his ANBU ask, which is modeled after a tiger. Instead he keeps it behind him in a special holster behind him. Under the vest, he wears a black t-shirt which is somewhat tight fitting. With this he has a single fingerless black gloves on his right hand. He keeps the ANBU armbands, but each one has a different picture. The left one has a white tiger, with the right one having a green Japanese styled dragon. He has a medium sized black scarf which is aways wrapped around his neck. He does have the Iwagakure headband worn as a sash around his waist. The sash is a unique, dark purple color and somewhat worn. He has the standard grey ANBU slacks, with black shinobi sandals. He also has shin guards but unlike the arm guards, these are left plain. Due to his damaged left eye, he wears a black eye-patch which goes around his head.
PERSONALITY,
Off Duty: Despite his appearance, Soru is a generally a not-nice person. He is extremely overconfident and acts as a brat half the time. He believes that his own skills are absolute and that he would eventually rise to become Tsuchikage. He does however have a sense of honor, in which he refuses to pick on anyone to weaker than him. He is extremely sarcastic and loves making fun of everyone. With no respect for authority, he is generally unpleasant.
On Duty: He truly is however, an ANBU shinobi of Iwagakure. During duty, Soru becomes something of an aristocratic fighter. He will often mock his opponent and prey on their beliefs. He is extremely sarcastic when facing an opponent one on one, and states his beliefs of Iwagakure's superiority. However, he is not overconfident as he will never let his guard down for anyone. He simply doesn't care about suffering or life, willing to torture enemies with his genjutsu. He is somewhat hesitant to kill, wanting to give his opponents a chance to surrender. He never rushes into anything and is quite analytical about things. When angered, Soru looses his sense of cool and will attempt to actually kill. He is angered by being mocked by somebody he considers a dead last.

HISTORY,
Soru's past is somewhat of a mystery. At age 3, he was found by ANBU patrolling the outer edges of the Land of Earth. The child was badly beaten by some sort of animal, his eye mauled and his back scratched out. Despite several members of the group's request of leaving the child behind. the Captain ended their patrol and brought back young Soru with him. However as soon as the Captain came back to Iwagakure, he was immediately taken in by other ANBU members and Soru was brought to the Tsuchikage. Having a need to rise into power once more, the Tsuchikage saw it fit to seal up the Hachibi into this strange child, seeing it better than to seal it up from someone unknown than an unwilling shinobi from the village.
After the sealing, Soru was given a family which consisted of a woman and a man with his two sons. Despite never sincerely liking each other, or having ever met they were forced to be together to ensure that Soru would become a powerful shinobi. The two were actually brought together because of their own skills as shinobi, and were given an S-ranked mission to ensure Soru's growth. As such, Soru was to become a weapon for the village, but it was done in secret for awhile. At age 7, Soru attended the academy to increase his skills. Everyday after Soru returned from the academy, he would be put through further mental training of chakra control by his 'mother.' He would never realise that this chakra training was to actually help his later training of controlling the Hachibi's chakra.
Soru graduated from the academy at a short age of 9, but was Dead-Last of his graduating class. He didn't know that the grades were actually false, and he came out on top of his class. This was done as too not give him a confident outlook and stop in his training. He was placed onto the genin team with his father as jonin so he could ensure total growth as a shinobi of Iwagakure. He was placed with the two worst shinobi from the ninja academy, a ploy to force Soru into taking over during missions to further increase his own skill. It worked as on their very first C-ranked mission, Soru managed to unconsciously use his first ever jutsu taught to him by his mother which was the Chakra Enhanced Strength.
Seeing Soru's perfect chakra control, his father gave him a scroll of genjutsu. He was also given an ultimatum, either learn the genjutsu or be forced off the team as the Dead Last. As such, Soru was literally frightened into learning genjutsu. However, he seemed to actually enjoy using them on later missions, combining them with his perfected Chakra Controlled Strength. Seeing how skilled Soru was through reports, the Tsuchikage promoted him to Chuunin. Unfortunately for the still only 9 Soru, he was also told the various secrets of his life. In the room with the Tsuchikage, Soru was told of the demonic chakra inside of him. As such, the Tsuchikage began to teach Soru how to control the Hachibi.
However, Soru never found out that his family was a false one. He still thought that his family was real and that they were an actual family. Having spent so many years with the false wife, even Soru's father believed this to be true and he fell in love with Hikari. Missions for him were put on a hold and with his perfect chakra control, he was able to control up to the 1st tail after 4 years. Now 13, to keep up with appearances Soru was made to go back onto missions. Now a chuunin, Soru became overly confident and regarded himself amongst the greatest genius' of Iwagakure. His cocky attitude lsot him all his friends as he delve into increasing hiw own skill. However, the Tsuchikage no longer cared as he soon felt that Soru's being a jinchuuriki would help make the rise of Iwagakure.
Meanwhile Soru's mother found herself pregnant, of course not by Supido however. After Once Supido found this out, he attempted to kill his wife for having an affair but was stopped by Moka and Kensei, his real sons. As Kensei was already an ANBU member, he easily stopped him and turned their father in for endangering the mission. Supido as such was stripped of rank and was to be a shinobi no longer. Angered at this descision, Supido attempted to tell Soru the truth of his life. However, Kensei killed Supido on orders directly in front of Soru. He then moved out of the village on orders acting as a spy and a false missing ninja, giving Soru not only a drive to get stronger but concealing the true mission of turning Soru into a weapon.
At age 16 he became a jonin and was able to open up 3 tails of Hachibi's chakra without losing control. However, he decided to apply for ANBU beleiving that tat's where a true genius' skills laid. After joining ANBU he soon gained recognition over mastery of the ANBU jutsu, Temporary Paralysis Technique. He gained his nickname after one particular mission in which he sued the technique to stun not only the 4 C-Ranked Chuunin, 1 B-Ranked Jonin of the target, but also the horses and the target himself after Soru used the Temporary Paralysis Technique by simply looking at them with his eye.

FIGHTING STYLE,
Genjutsu & Taijutsu Combination--->Soru is a fighter who relies on deception and overwhelming mind tricks. His main fighting style relies on his ability to use Genjutsu. He can even produce genjutsu that fools the sharingan, by using multiple genjutsu at once. Using this precise chakra control, Soru can launch devastating taijutsu attacks. He fights using something similar to Muay Thai, using kicks, elbows, knee strikes, punches and even the occasional headbutt, combined with his strength results in great damage. He often uses the Temporary Paralysis Jutsu to get in close for a huge strike. He is also skilled with his sword, although not advanced he is adept enough to fend off multiple Tokubetsu Jonin level attackers. Also despite claiming that ninjutsu is his worst ability, he does know at least 2 B-ranked ninjutsu. Ironically, most of his ninjutsu have something to do with animals, which is about the one thing Soru wouldn't kill. He mainly uses ninjutsu to bind or confuse his opponents, combining them with genjutsu.
8-Tailed Powers--->His greatest skill set, and only occasionally used. Soru is somewhat in connection with the 8 Tailed Ox, but is still in disharmony with it. Able to control upwards to the 3 tailed state, Soru's speed and strength is increased with each stage. Although he loses the ability to perform genjutsu & ninjutsu in the 2nd and 3rd tailed states, Soru makes up or that with increased skills of taijutsu and more powerful strikes. He has the unique ability among the jinchuriki to use the Menacing Ball jutsu with only a minimum amount of Hachibi's chakra. When entering these chakra cloaked states, Soru can extend the tentacles for up to a distance of 15m, providing long ranged attacks. The cloak also guards against some ninjutsu & taijutsu is not recommended. Unfortunately Hachibi doesn't heal Soru constantly and will only heal him in the 4 tailed stage and over.

Name: Temporary Paralysis Technique
Type: D-Rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Effect: This jutsu is only ever taught to ANBU. By forming chakra in the user's middle and index fingers, they can then quickly jab someone in the eyes, on the forehead, or at the base of the skull to send a shockwave of chakra through the nervous system. This debilitates the user for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody. This jutsu can also be used from afar on multiple targets. Soru has mastered this technique, hence his alias of Soru of the Demon Eye. A simple gaze with his eye towards the opponent would be enough to paralyze most opponents & animals alike.
Name: Exploding Tags Summoning
Type: Unknown rank, Offensive
Effect: The user places their hand on the ground and releases a large number of exploding tags, which stream to the target and wrap around their legs. Once in place, the tags explode, heavily damaging the target's legs. Soru uses a varation where he has the exploding tags stream along an activates them remotely. He will often set them off directly in front of an opponent or won't set it off till the opponent is completely covered.

Effect: This jutsu appears to be similar to the Water Clone Technique, with the exception that after the clone has been destroyed the body will disperse into a flock of crows, which can continue to speak and maintain a physical form.
Name: Scattering One Thousand Crows Technique

Effect: The user summons a flock of crows that fly around the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. It can be used to mask fleeing or approaching allies. When no longer needed, the crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Effect: This jutsu can extend large snakes from the user's sleeves, which will coil around the target and bind them. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve.
Name: Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands
Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Effect: By increasing the amount of snakes summoned with the Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, the diversity of this ninjutsu is increased. The swarm of big snakes appear in an instant, each snake individually doing something like intimidating, diverting, or capturing the enemy in a cooperative attack. Without giving them the time to react, the enemy is entangled.

Effect: This jutsu allows the user to eject snakes from their wrist or sleeve, usually after a punching motion. The snakes are used primarily to attack from a distance and, being snakes, can inflict multiple poisonous wounds on the victim's body or hold them in place

Effect: This ability allows user to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra. This ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra from made from dishonest emotions.
Genjutsu
Name: Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique
Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.

Effect: This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area in order to disorient the opponent.
Name: Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique

Effect: This jutsu causes the illusion of a tremendous ball of fire falling from the sky into a designated area. Anyone in the area will instinctively flee.

This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user.
Name: Mist Servant Technique
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
Effect: This genjutsu creates clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of a blackish, oil-like liquid. When attacked, the clones regenerate themselves. The clones can be controlled to make it seem as if they're throwing kunai. The user can then time their attacks with those of the clones.
Name: Bringer-of-Darkness Technique
Type: A-rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Effect: This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. In essence, the opponent can sense, hear and smell out the user of the technique and break its effects by landing one hit.
Name: Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death
Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m
Effect: With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target.
Taijutsu
Name: Chakra Enhanced Strength
Type: Offensive, Taijutsu
Effect: This is a jutsu in which the user focuses precise chakra control into their hands or feet to greatly enhance their strength. Due to the precise chakra control of it, user's are mainly medical ninja and many times, it is a subconscious release. This 'strength' is strong enough to even break apart the ground with a single punch or demolish and pick up heavy objects. Despite not being a medical ninja, Soru's chakra is precise enough to use this technique.
Bijuu Skills
Name: Lightning Plough Hot Sword
Type: Tailed Beast skill
After having gone into his Three-Tailed form, the user will form the chakra around his/her left arm into two bull-like horns. He then charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move. This strike is powerful enough to blow away the target's entire chest. The attack is straightforward, though, and can be easily seen through with the Sharingan.
Name: Menacing Ball
Type: Tailed Beast skill
Effect: The Menacing Ball is the the ability a Tailed beast can create when gathering raw chakra either from their bodies or the air around them into a single compressed ball. This ball of chakra can either be consumed, where the explosion is fired from the mouth, or fired directly. The power of the attack is relative to the power of the user. Soru can do this with just using the chaka alone, without entering a tailed state and fires it from the mouth. It's power is relative to the amount of chakra he intakes.
