The shinobi world is in chaos. It all started months ago...
[/size] In the Land of Earth, there were reported attacks on Iwagakure Jonin that strayed too far from Iwagakure. Thinking that Konohagakure was ready for a invasion, the Tsuchikage declared a state of emergency. All Iwagakure Jonin were ordered to mobilize at the border with the Land of Fire. After the mobilization, attacks increased with the death of sixteen Iwagakure Jonin. Convinced that Konohagakure was behind the attacks, the Tsuchikage declared that a limited incursion in the Land of Fire would be launched if another attack was made. This was all Konohagakure needed to mobilize their shinobi at the border. Currently, Iwagakure and Konohagakure are nearly at war.
In the Land of Wind, a series of military coups supported by the Kazekage, have placed one of the Sunagakure Council as the Daimyo. Funding for the Sunagakure Military has increased and the Kazekage has been bold enough to place shinobi on the border with Konohagakure.
The Land of Fire has been the most ravaged country. The government of the Land of Fire has been taken over by anti-Konoha government officials. Repeated clashes between Konoha shinobi and anti-Konoha insurgents has been reported on the outskirts of the village. The Hokage has even gone as far as to denounce the actions of the new government that funds the Konoha Military.
The Land of Water is as bad as ever. Except for one small detail. The organization that has been waging war against Kiri has taken over. After Kiri experienced it's bloodiest military coup in a decade, the Kirigakure New Front took over and established it's leader as Kirigakure. The KNF has also taken over the Land of Water government, allowing the Kirigakure military to grow larger than ever.
And behind the scenes, a new organization grows powerful. Formed as a tool to unite all the Shinobi Lands under one banner, this organization has become large with as many as fifty B-Ranked Subordinates, ten A-Ranked Captains, and five S-Ranked Commanders. Their name is Kuroseken or Black World. Each Land has been infiltrated. Could this organization be responsible for the attacks on Iwagakure? Could they have helped the KNF take over the Land of Water? Are they responsible for the recent conflict in the Land of Fire?
But anyone with enough sense can tell that Hell is Upon Us
